The books pages are crisp and clean, the binding appears loosened but completely intact. Doesn't look to be used much. The 24 plate maps are excellent and photographs look as if just taken, wonderful monument to the States Legislative Men of Michigan. Written by the then

I came about this manual in the estate of my late parents. It appears to be a book not ever sold to the public. I don't think many of them were published.
