    1957-58 Vintage MUFFIE DOLL SLW BALLERINA NANCY ANN. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This adorable Nancy Ann Muffie doll is wearing what I believe to be her original ballet outfit with matching shoes. She also has her original headband. She still works nicely. Her eyes need help opening and closing sometimes. Her nails are a bright color that I believe is not original but might be. She is in good used condition.
