    This letter has been signed by former Alaska Governor William A. Egan. The letter is dated July 3, 1970, and is typed on State of Alaska letterhead (and features the state seal at the top.) It measures approximately 8.5x11", and appears to be in great condition (it appears that it may have been framed at some point, as the border of the letter shows some glue or some other type of residue.)
