Description
This is what I believe would be a very hard-to-find political campaign sign that reads "For District Attorney: Adam J. Eberly, of Lancaster City. Subject to Republican Rules. Primary Election Saturday, May 22, 1880
."
This sign is made out of a thin cardboard and measures 10.75" x 13.75". It has a really neat brass hanging hook that is in the shape of a human hand grasping a buckle. The condition is excellent. There is one small tear on the right side of the hook that has been repaired, otherwise it is in very nice condition.
A great piece of political history from the late 19th century.
