This is a rare antique campaign pinback from
Morgan F
.
Larson
’s successful campaign as the
Republican
candidate for
NJ Governor
in
1928!
It is a small ⅞” button pin from the campaign of the NJ state senator who won the gubernatorial election in 1928 and served as the 40th governor of New Jersey from 1929 to 1932. As shown in the photos, the pin is in very good condition with bright color and sharp details. It has very little surface wear and light soiling, including a little light surface oxidation on the pin. The pin was made by the
Short & Roehm Company
in Newark, NJ and is marked
“Paid for by Ferd Garretson, Campaign Mgr.”
