Description
Here is a brand new, never used, mint campaign license plate for Pennsylvania Governor Milton Shapp's 1970 campaign: Shapp Make Sure in '70. It was intended to be mounted on a car and has the standard necessary mounting holes. All items I sell are either vintage or antique, so, there may be some less than perfect condition factor. Please note that I will state if the item is in excellent or mint condition.
If it is stated in the description that an item is sold as is, it is just that, so, please always ask questions.
I rarely wash or clean up an item as I have learned most buyers prefer doing their own cleanup. I do my very best at describing an item, but, please ask questions. I strive to provide the best customer service I can. I really appreciate my customers.
I pay special attention to packing all items so that they arrive in perfect condition.
Note: I do not end my auctions early nor do I ship international, so please don't ask.
I WILL BE HAPPY TO COMBINE ANY MULTIPLE AUCTIONS FOR CHEAPER POSTAGE TO YOU - JUST LET ME KNOW WHAT TO ANTICIPATE.
if you purchase more than 1 item please contact me immediately so that I
can modify the invoice before you pay.
I ALWAYS TRY TO BE EXACT FOR DESTINATION LOCATION. I try to never over charge on shipping!
I ship 6 days a week utilizing the United
States
Postal Service. I will have your item on its way within 24 hours of payment.
I do give refunds,
ONLY if the item is misrepresented
. However, this is highly unlikely, as I work extremely hard to give a correct listing, including measurements, and any, and ALL flaws. And, I do not want a broken item sent back to me, that was not broken in the first place. Do not send any item back without contacting me.
I do not have to refund your money
if your friend doesn't like it, or it is not the right color, buyer's remorse, or your better half thinks you paid too much. The bidding decision is YOURS. Please do not break a clasp, or chain, or remove parts just to receive a refund. This is not fair to the conscientious Seller if the item is returned. Should the item be returned, shipping cost becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
