Tracked shipping is determined by location
Because I live on the East Coast and am a seller that lives and works out of my home at the end of a cul de sac, and do not have 159 or more distribution warehouses across the USA, I have to charge shipping due to the location of the buyer. Most of the time after Ebay and tax pockets approx. 13% of the shipping charge I tend to lose a few cents on the postage. Thank you for understanding my need to charge for shipping as I do. It is not profitable at all.
Through the kindness of family, friends and employers over 90% of my packaging is from reused and recycled materials. The packaging your item arrives in may have some use wear, but it has been around before and hopefully will continue to serve.
