Vtg Postcard-Printed "Vote For Frank C Gross Georgia Lieutenant Governor"-1946?

Description

Offered is this vintage postcard with pre-paid one cent postage in green ink. The reverse is printed with a solicitation to vote for "my good friend" Frank C. Gross for Lieutenant Governor of Georgia in the primary election of June 28th. No year is given. I have found a reference to Mr. Gross running in Georgia's first lieutenant governor's race in 1946 but I don't know if he only ran one time or not. I do not know who had the postcards printed, only that they were apparently from Toccoa, Georgia. This may be a rare find; at the time of original listing I could not find anything else from this race for sale on eBay and only one other item about Frank C. Gross.
The 3 1/4" x 5 1/2" postcard is in good condition, with no tears, but has yellowed, has a large brown spot along one edge, a few smaller brown spots elsewhere and some other minor discoloration.
